Ahhh three day weekends!

This last week was so incredibly busy, it feels nice to have some days off. On Friday night, Josh and I went to Bertucci's in Mansfield with my parents and I have to say, I had fun. My mom and I were getting along, my dad was enjoying himself, and it was awesome to have my little family all together. It certainly made me feel like a very lucky girl.

Saturday morning was relaxing, and then I went up to Chelmsford to see Mango, whom I haven't seen since the wedding! We spent the day at her family party and then we went to Kowloon's in Saugus to see a comedy show. The comedian who did most of the show was hysterical. Her name is Patty Ross. She's about 50 years old and just has this funny, cynical look to her, and she definitely has a lot of life experiences behind her and she was really funny. Kowloon's also had the best crab rangoon I've ever had.

I got home this morning and today has been pretty relaxing for Josh and I. While I was in Chelmsford last night, Josh went out with some of our friends to Waxy O'Connors in Mansfield and had a lot of fun, and by fun I mean he's still recovering. I got to see Mary and Steffan today since they were in the area and that was an awesome surprise! My big plan for the day was grocery shopping and that's done so I'm happy. When I got home I made these mini cinnamon oatmeal muffins and I'm not sure if it's because I replaced the oil with applesauce but they don't look like mini-muffins! Apple cinnamon oatmeal bites anyone?

Tomorrow will be another relaxing day, which is much needed. This week we are meeting with our new realtor, getting pre-approved for a mortgage, and adopting a cat! I'll post pictures once she's home :)
